A German Hummel boy and his lambs no namer Empty A German Hummel boy and his lambs no namer

I have been told this is the German Hummel boy and he always has a green hat.
No idea of the pattern name and it's unusual to find a Shape 1333 mug used with children's graphics. This shape was first made in 1981.
