I'm not absolutely sure but I think this is castware.

Valeska has a strong web presence but there is very little on her pottery.
An Auckland Star article from 1979 places her as a member of the Albany Village Pottery cooperative of 12 potters.

An outdated file places her on the board of the Treasury of NZ Craft Resources Trust.

It has been brought to my attention that Valeska was not with the Albany group. I checked and found that I had confused two references. Debbie Pointon has told me that Valeska worked on Waiheke Island "back in the day" and now lives in Raumati on the Kapiti Coast.
