Chamber pot hobby ceramics

I found this marvel in the hospice shop in Whangarei - I didn't buy it but probably should have! At first I thought it was 2148 fancy large chamber pot but on closer examination I don't think so. There are initials RS scratched into the glaze on the base. It is large - from memory about 30 cm across.
