These shapes are in the gallery already.
Sometime, somewhere, that I have long forgotten I said I'd add a photo of them.
I finally got around to taking some decent photos while I was in Auckland.
We use them mostly for serving up.
(Bought in Auckland on tm many years ago.)

Jeremy this pattern showed up in a Vitrified Ware catalogue as Clarendon today at the Portage Museum.
Clarendon is in the Data Base as Pat.No.960 which is the same as Red Tango???
What are your thoughts?

I think timing is the thing, Ev.

THC was about 1967 I think, and the Clarendon appears on hotel stacking, which is later. The name change will be a point of difference. Did THC move to the brown band after Tango or did it come before?

No problem, and good fun having different names. I see that from document to document Red Tango is given different names. The one I like is the one with "Por" for porphyry.

Blue Tango of course had two releases as well, first as Cook & Serve, with the hand-filled lozenges, and later as THC. Possibly a third?

Obviously not all trademe sellers are aware of this as I often see handpainted sold with the THC story in the blurb.

I'm kind of pleased I stopped with the Tango I have. Too many new shapes. It's enough to be attempting to collect all the Reflections cup & saucer shapes.

One more point which is probably the answer to your query. The set of bakers is Gibsons and Paterson so I think they would have still been called Tango Red or Red Tango at that time.
