Crown Lynn archaeology
I thought I'd already posted this here somewhere but now can't find it. Please let me know if it's a duplicate. It shows building works at one of the Crown Lynn sites. You can see what I'd call a wasters pit looking like a midden with lots of shards.

Yeah you have to watch your fingers for sharp bits in the black sticky clay....makes fingers bleed!

Yes, as glaze is really glass and broken glass is ever so sharp!!
Marcus sent me a heap of fantastic pics of the Big Dig 2011 that you two did, to put on the site.
How awesome that you had a window of opportunity to rake around a building site that was once a part of Crown Lynn! I would have really enjoyed doing that too!!!!!!
