Oh that's lovely !!
The numbers scratched through the glaze were used by Ambrico and relate to the glaze.
The large number is the main glaze number and the fraction marks are still a mystery.
There are a few theories about the fraction marks, but I'm not sure if any are correct.
Yes this is old and special and was made pre 1948, when Ambrico became Crown Lynn.

There is not a lot of demand for these beautiful old pieces, so not a lot of value either.
