Manos's Titian expert told him that this was made in a three piece mould and was abandoned because it was very difficult to make. There really are only a handful about.

I have only heard and seen one other that was sold at the Jim Drummond auction in may with the same description of how difficult the manufacture process was.

That was the Palomino Manos bought - the one from Drummond's auction...
