Visited this fabulous exhibition yesterday that is on at Objectspace Ponsonby and what a walk down memory lane it was too!
All of the winners from 1977 - 1998 were purchased by Fletcher Challenge/Brownbuilt and these were all on display courtesy of the Fletcher Trust.
This was the most prestigious ceramic exhibition held each year and was eagerly looked forward to.
It was held at the Auckland Museum and thousands upon thousands would visit.
It began as solely a New Zealand exhibition and ended up with mostly overseas entries.
