The cup on the left, I understand, is the 750 Minton Cup.
The one on the right is essentially the same cup, very slightly smaller (although not as much smaller as the bottom image suggests), and has a different handle.
The 3060 - 9.3.82 is defined simply as "750" cup. Is the cup on the right a 3060?

Above, first post in the topic, I was assuming the 750/3060 cup with a line down the handle was the earlier shape: this one does not, and it is certainly an early one.

Later ...

I just had a look at yvonne69's Dad cup with Crown and Star backstamp and that has the handle with a line down it:

I think I have one of those with a saucer.... I should try and find it over the weekend and compare handles

Janice, I don't have a saucer to fit Jack so will have to make do with a gold-rimmed Kelston 805 or my wide flat saucer, both of which match well to footring. (Yes, I felt the need to buy it!)

Following up on Ev's recent assist with cup and saucer fits posted here
https://www.newzealandpottery.net/t6219-crown-lynn-saucers-identification#24298
I find that as with my plain white 750s the correct saucer fit for the smaller footring 750 will be the 805 or similar. Ev's own wide footring 750 on the other hand will fit the 744. Ev's 750: https://www.newzealandpottery.net/t4425-close-look-alike-750-shape-cup#15569
I note Ev's comments from elsewhere that cups of the same shape number may vary in size and other aspects too. Although I have not seen the base mark on Ev's one I don't doubt that it is indeed a 750. I have previously compared two small footring 750s which are unmarked as to maker but they too I am confident are CL. Little Jack Horner is marked so there can be no doubt.

Below I have montaged one of my plain small footring 750s with the earlier 1948-1955 Jack Horner 750.

The cups are pretty much same height, but the early one (Jack) is narrower across the top. The earlier one is also a thin-walled lightweight version as many earlier cup shapes were. The handle is smaller but the upstand of the footring more pronounced.

Note
The plain cup I have used in these montages is the lefthand one from the previous post. The handle on Jack is the narrowest of the three.

Footnote
Unfortunately yvonne69's 750, marked "Father", (dead link in previous post) is no longer listed on tm but I have a vague memory that it sat on a wid-ish saucer. I will troll through my pics sometime to see if I kept a copy.
