As the self appointed group Swanologist, I have noticed differences in the flock of coloured swans I have...here is an example..study the height of the body behind the head and the feather pattern on the tips of the wings...

Moulds only have a limited lifespan....
they wear out and then have to be remade...
different mould makers perhaps... ??
