All of these Exhibitions are in conjunction with the NZ Society of Potters annual Conference in Auckland.
Richard Parker Master of Craft at Objectspace :-
The Gallery is overflowing with Richard's distinctive work.
It was delightful to see his journey which started with domestic ware from 1972-73
His colourful way with clay speaks loud and clear!
I really like his platters with splashes of oxide or colour..... mmmmm

Wallace Arts Trust Pah House
Simon Manchester would have relished the job of curating this Exhibition!
I have been there before and spotted a few ceramic pieces, but didn't realise how extensive the collection was until this Exhibition!! It was pure joy to see such an eclectic range of pieces. All of the big names were represented. I had to hug a lovely big Greg Barron shino glazed piece .... my arms just went around it

Chalk and Cheese - Devonport
Lois Jameson and Suzy Dunser.
Lois's female forms were made to unbelievable perfection! I had to touch, stroke, feel the magic form.
Lots of whimsical pieces that caught the eye and imagination too
Suzy shows so much confidence with her perfect domestic ware.
Bravo Well Done to both of you!
