WEEEeeeeeeee I'm flying because I just got a Paul Fisher trinket pot from a hospice shop!
He has been on my wish list for a long time, but Trademe prices are exorbitant for his work!
I had to use Tim's DVD of Potters Marks to verify that just the mark Fisher was indeed Paul Fisher's mark ............ and it is !!!!!! Photos to come

Yesterday I found this fabulous jug, the glaze is lovely and smooth
and it sits in the hand really well. Measures 190mm high
Imagine how excited I was when I saw the mark! Finally !! I have a piece too

Having a bit of a dust so I thought I'd put all my Fisher pieces together for a photo.His work is so varied,I especially like the blue and white although they don't appear to be that common.

That really shows how different and varied his work is,I wouldn't have picked it as a Fisher piece without the mark.Maybe I should turn more pots over when out op shopping.
