Jackie Crespin
Jackie Crespin has her own unique glazing style, which is sweeping strokes of contrasting glaze in patterns over a base glaze. I've only seen her work made in earthenware clay.
Jackie Crespin's mark
This is one of the marks in the Marks of New Zealand Potters book that I would not have found, had I not recognised the glazing style. I prefer photos of potters marks instead of drawings myself.
Hence the NZ Studio Potters Marks Gallery on here.
A closer view of her mark..

Beautiful colours and textures in those pieces : )
I will photograph my two pieces later and pop them in here.
Unfortunately they only have a sticker to identify Jackie Crespin as the potter.... but the quality of the form and glaze are a bit of a giveaway : ) Rich blue trickle glaze over jeat black base..... a corked lid with a nice depression your finger sits in to ease it in and out with..... an awesome resonance when the cork is slipped out.... and satisfyingly heavy.... Jackie Crespin is a New Zealand treasure : ) I know that my pieces are *only* utilitarian.... but to me their beauty over-rides their functionality : ) .....listen to me go on and on on a Saturday morning....lol.... I hope Jackie might read this one day and know how much joy her works bring : )

Re: Jackie Crespin
Thanks to the link to this topic, I also have a pot with just the sticker - also blue trickle glaze over black. I am not sure what mine is, functionally speaking, it is a small vase form pierced with circular holes.

Re: Jackie Crespin
I wondered, but I can't even get my pinky through the neck opening, so one would have to be sitting a while putting it in piece by piece! Maybe it's intended for oils, i.e. putting cotton wool inside and dropping fragrant oils into it.
